These stylenames are implementation details and not documented in the IDL reference. I'm brand new to LibreOffice and so far I'm loving it, but one thing I've noticed that seems to be lacking in Libre compared to Word is using the margin triangles to make hanging indents. For example if you want to set the Heading 1 paragraph style, you have to set the property ParaStyleName with the value Heading 1 at the appropriate TextCursor.
